Settlement between Muhammad Baqir and Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Khan Saham-lashgar, 1902
Settlement regarding a building and a garden belonging to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali as well as 50 tumans, which was part of the late Sakinah Khanum's mahr and was inherited by the writer, Muhammad Baqir Garakani and the mother. But Mu‘tamad al-Sultan refused to transfer the property. Eventually, according to this settlement, Muhammad Baqir Garakani (on behalf of himself and the mother) transfers the ownership of this property to Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Saham-lashgar in exchange for 40 tumans.

Fatimah Khanum's complaint against the head of the Ottoman customhouse, 1904 or 1905
Fatimah Khanum, ʻAbd al-Rahim's inheritor, complains to the Ottoman Embassy that Karim Bayg, the head of Ottoman customhouse, with the help of Imam Jumʻah (the Friday prayer) and Ismaʻil, has unjustly sold part of her deceased husband's property to Muhammad ʻAli Muʻin al-Tujjar for less than its actual value. Fatimah Khanum claims that Muhammad ʻAli's loan to ʻAbd al-Rahim is a fraud and that despite her complaint against Karim Bayg she has received no response to her call for justice. In the other document, Karim Bayg Bash defends himself against Fatimah Khanum's complaint.

Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Riza Khan, the royal steward and son of ‘Isa Khan, states, based on a separate document, that Abu al-Fath Khan (the Brigadier) and his mother, Fatimah Khanum, have sold, on his behalf, two-sixths of the village of Kavan Rud and a garden and two-sixths of a mill in the same village to Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for seven thousand tumans.
